Introduction:
PPPoE is a specification that allows one or more computers to connect to the Internet via a shared modem. This article illustrates how to set the modem to PPPoE mode.

Procedure
1. Open your Internet browser. If this is your first time logging on, you should be directed to: http://192.168.1.1/zCfgPPP.html. If the page does not load, type  http://192.168.1.1/setup into the address bar, and press Enter

2. Open your Internet browser. If this is your first time logging on, you should be directed to: http://192.168.1.1/zCfgPPP.html. If the page does not load, type  http://192.168.1.1/setup into the address bar, and press Enter

3. The DSL Service Verification page displays once the modem is connected to the Internet.


NOTE: This can also be verified when the Internet indicator light is on and solid.

4. Click Close Window to complete.
