Keeping Your Website Up-to-Date
After your Website has launched there'll be a need to keep it current. Whether it's a modification of a photo, addition of a product or service, or simply text, our commitment is to help you keep it up to date. With the purchase of the Premium, or Total Tailored Paks (see Web Rate Card), and Roxboromedia.net Web Hosting Service, we'll provide you with two months of *updates - Absolutely Free!

Our Update Services can be divided into two categories:
Pay-As-You-Go updates are for the client who needs updates that are few and far between without anticipation or regularity. You call on us, we'll respond to your request and make the changes needed. We typically bill for the service after the work is completed except when the estimated cost of the updates exceed 75.00. We ask for a deposit of 50% of the estimated bill before we get started. We'll make a "Pay-Online option available upon determination to help speed things up. See the chart below for a list of some of the common updates and what you can expect to pay.

Contract Updates - are for the client who needs updates that are frequent and anticipate regularity. We take a look at what you think your needs are, taking into consideration the frequency in which you expect updates, volume and type of updates (i.e. text, page additions, etc...). Once we can establish a trend, we will then estimate what an average monthly update consist of and apply a monthly cost to determine your contract price. Because each client has different update needs all charges will have to be determined on a case-by-case basis. See the chart below for a list of contract term and the discount incentives that will be applied.

$2.00/page to $15.00/page depending on complexity of modification

$45.00/page utilizing same design + Navigation Modification @ $.2.00 to $15.00/page
$65.00/page for New Page Additions + Navigation Modification @ $.2.00 to $15.00/page

Contracts may be purchased in several terms. Each term has it's own price reduction incentive and is listed below.

Billing Cycle – 1 Year Paid Up Front
Additional Charges - Charges incurred outside of contract billed at end of the month in which occurred.

All Website Maintenance services are available to Non-Profit organizarion at a reduced cost and/or In-Kind contributions. Because each client has different update needs all charges will be to determined on a case-by-case basis.
A minimum contract term of 1 yr is required. The yearly contract discounts specified above do not apply. Non-Profit contract discounts are determined on a case-by-case basis.
